Hypospadias Repair

Abstract

When treating hypospadias [in humans] in the early 1950s a tube graft of full thickness skin was used in a 1-stage procedure. Modifications to improve the appearance of the glans were made and now 1 of 4 procedures are used, depending on the location of the urethral meatus. The procedures are described and results are tabulated.
