Evidence for a change in the crystalline state of potassium ferricyanide

Abstract
Measurements of the temperature dependent quadrupole splitting in potassium ferricyanide are presented to show that there is a change in the local environment of the iron ion. These results correlate with the evidence of other measurements and are interpreted as a change in the crystalline state of the salt.Keywords
