Effect of Aspirin on Renal Clearance of 125I-Diatrizoate

Abstract
Glomerular filtration rate was measured from the plasma disappearance curve after a single injection of sodium 125I-diatrizoate. A therapeutic dose of aspirin in 13 subjects produced a mean fall in glomerular filtration rate of 10·5%.Keywords
