Abstract
The magnitudes of the coefficients P and Q in the phase-shift expansion k cot [Formula: see text] have been investigated in the case of repulsive-core NP interactions. For square, Gaussian, exponential, and Yukawa shapes, which fit experimental values of the scattering length and the effective range, the shape-dependent parameter P has been computed as a function of rc in both singlet and triplet states. Also, for square and Yukawa shapes, which fit the scattering length and effective range, Q has been computed in the singlet state. Keywords
