Abstract
Following hepatic arterialization and partial hepatectomy 103% regeneration occurred as compared with 80% in the control group. Thirty days following arterialization and partial hepatectomy there was a greater amount of protein in the liver than following partial hepatectomy alone. Results indicate that the increase in mass is actually liver. There was no change from the normal in water, fat, and glycogen contents of the liver following arterialization. Keywords
