Abstract
An improved isolation and the aminoacid composition of anaphylatoxin from pig- or rat plasma and a fingerprint of the pig preparation are reported. Mannose and an unidentified sugar are probably essential components of anaphylatoxin. Its pharmacological action is not lost after treatment with formamide or urea.Keywords
