TRANSCORNEAL ELECTRICAL STIMULATION IN MICE ADMINISTERED 10 SEC. AFTER THE LEARNING TRIAL AT INTENSITIES TOO LOW (5 MA.) TO ELICIT TONIC-CLONIC SEIZURES PRODUCED RETROGRADE AMNESIA IN A 1-TRIAL LEARNING PASSIVE AVOIDANCE SITUATION.
