Abstract
Three cases of infra-ampullary carcinoma of the duodenum are presented, and in each case the management was different. A new method of reimplantation of the common bile-duct and pancreatic duct is described. One hundred and twenty-six cases from reports in the past decade have been reviewed, and the distribution, sex ratio, clinical features, investigations, management, and prognosis are discussed. In polyposis investigation of the upper gastrointestinal tract is advised. The use of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is discussed and advocated. Keywords
