Abstract
The plastification of organic crystals during their heating is considered as a nonplastic phase-plastic phase transition. A phenomenological model of plastic crystal mesomorphism is proposed that allows us to give an analytical description of the behavior of the thermodynamic characteristics of organic crystals in the mesophase region, and to obtain an expression for the pressure dependence of the plastification temperature. Keywords
