Abstract
1. A brief introduction to the Conglutination Phenomenon and to the Conglutinating Complement Absorption Test is given.2. The reasons are stated why we think that further investigations into this phenomenon are desirable.3. An account is given of the publications on the mechanism of the reaction, the hypotheses regarding it and its applications since the original observations of Ehrlich & Sachs in 1902.
