Abstract
The finite zeros of a transfer function matrix are defined as the finite points on the complex plane to which the multivariable root loci converge as the loop gain increases infinitely. In this paper, an example is given where the finite zeros arc not obtained by the algorithm of Kouvaritakis and MacFarlane (1976). Then, a modification is suggested for the theorem which states a necessary and sufficient condition that the finite zeros are placed at stipulated n— m points
