Pulmonary Sarcoidosis Following Interferon Therapy for Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
A 57-year-old woman developed pulmonary sarcoidosis during therapy with interferon β for advanced renal cell carcinoma metastatic to mediastinal lymph nodes. The possible role of interferon β in the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis in this patient is discussed. Cancer 59:896-900, 1987.
