Abstract
The supernatant factor T and GTP stimulated the binding of aminoacyl-sRNA to Escherichia coli ribosomes; both 30S and 50S subunits were required. The T-GTP-phe-sRNA complex was the reactive species that bound the aminoacyl-sRNA to the ribosomes. Dipeptide synthesis probably occurs because of this binding reaction. This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
