Résultats préliminaires d’une tentative de chimiothérapie spécifique des splénomégalies au moyen du 6-aminochrysène

Abstract

This paper reports a clinical investigation covering some 10 cases of splenomegaly treated with 6-aminochrysene. The material has proved an active agent for the treatment of irreversible splenomegaly. The effect on the spleen is independent of the leukopenia-promoting activity of 6-aminochrysene in leukemia, since this latter action persists after splenectomy.
