Abstract
6 cases in which neutropenia followed treatment with thiouracil are descr. and one is discussed in detail. The bone marrow films from these patients showed an increase in the proportion of primitive cells of the myeloid series with many abnormal cells. Two cases showed a marked reduction in the numbers of myeloid cells present. Keywords
