Progestational Activity of 1,2-bis-(p-Aminophenyl)-2-Methylpropanone-1 Dihydrochloride

Abstract

The biol. activity of one of a series of substituted desoxy- benzoins under investigation is described. l,2-bis-(p-aminophenyl). 2-methylpropanone-1 dihydrochloride exhibited progestational activity when tested on young female rabbits by a modification of the Clauberg method.
