Laser dynamics of type-I intermittency

Abstract
We report the experimental observation of an intermittent route to chaos of a single-mode ring laser. We show that by analyzing the experimental data in a time-inverted manner, the observed intermittency can be well described by type-I intermittent dynamics.Keywords
