Abstract

Solutions of [SiMo₁₁O₃₉Cr(OH₂)]^5– and [SiW₁₁O₃₉Cr(OH)]^6– in toluene, benzene, or acetonitrile react with iodosylbenzene to yield the corresponding oxochromium(V) species.
