Abstract
Although the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis publishes only original research in hypnosis, exception has been taken to this paper. Originally published in the Japanese Journal of Psychology, 1952, 22, 175–188, this work received an award as the outstanding piece of psychological research during 1951 in Japan. All tables are integrated within the paper itself while all the figures are located together at the end of the paper.Keywords
