Abstract
Absorption spectra and light-induced absorbance changes of crystals from Rhodopseudomonas viridis reaction centers are recorded. A theoretical analysis of the absorption and circular dichroism spectra is presented, yielding a consistent picture of spectroscopic and structural information.Keywords
