Abstract
This has been a review of the alterations that may occur in the glomerulus in cyanotic congenital heart disease and primary pulmonary hypertension, apart from the lesions associated with embolization, thrombosis and bacterial endocarditis. The pathogenesis and significance of the lesions have been discussed. Possible approaches to further study have been suggested. Keywords
