Gegenstromverteilung der löslichen Ribonucleinsäure

Abstract
Transfer-ribonucleic acids were separated by counter current distribution of soluble RNA, Aqueous solutions of natural and synthetic polymers, which form diphasic systems without the addition of organic solvents, can be used for the partition of RNA, but separation is low. Partition of the tributylammonium salt of soluble RNA in the system butanol/water/tributylamine/acetic acid/dibutyl ether (10ft 13o:10:2.5:24-31) gave good separations of transfer-ribonucleic acids. Large amounts of RNA were fractionated efficiently in this system.
