Abstract
Cyanovinyl phosphate may be prepared by the addition reaction of phosphate to cyanoacetylene. Kinetic studies have established that cyanovinyl phosphate undergoes a slow pseudo-first-order hydrolysis in aqueous solution. Cyanovinyl phosphate converts uridine to uridine monophosphate and phosphate to pyrophosphate. Keywords
