Abstract

Binuclear [(Pt₂(PPh₃)₂(PPh₂)₂] and trinuclear [Pt₃(PPh₃)₂(PPh₂)₃Ph] cluster compounds of platinum have been prepared from [Pt(Ph₃P)₄] and characterised by X-ray crystal structure analyses of their benzene solvates.
