Interstimulus interval analysis of sequential CS compounds in rabbit eyelid conditioning.

Abstract
Investigated sequential cs compounds with 45 male american dutch rabbits in the eyelid conditioning paradigm. Rate of cr acquisition depended upon the onset time of the last component of the compound while cr latency was a function of the onset time of the initial component. The addition of the 1st component increased asymptotic response frequency but did not enhance response amplitude. Separate eyelid closures to each component of the serial compound were extremely infrequent. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved)
