Abstract
System decoupling by state variable feedback is demonstrated for the time-variable case. Conditions under which decoupling is possible are formulated and the matrices effecting decoupling are given. The inverse of a general time-variable multivariable system is also determined. By applying this inverse a new synthesis method is developed. Keywords
