Abstract
Cytogenetic studies of the bone marrow and peripheral blood with the quinacrine fluorescence banding technique in a patient with the clinical diagnosis of acute myeloblastic leukemia revealed the Philadelphia chromosome due to a translocation between chromosomes 22 and 9. He was exposed to the atomic bomb in Hiroshima, and some hours after exposure he wandered into the hypocenter. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
