Bilaterality in Primary Lymphosarcoma of the Breast

Abstract
Two patients with primary lymphosarcoma of the breast who developed similar lesions in the contralateral breasts after 8 and 10 years, respectively, are reported. An autopsy of one patient failed to reveal lymphosarcoma elsewhere. A review of the literature produced three similar cases with bilaterality. In primary lymphosarcoma of the breast, bilaterality does not appear to worsen chances for survival.
