Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 19-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of paraplegia.At the age of three years a palpable left axillary lymph node was found, and subsequently there was enlargement of left cervical lymph nodes. An x-ray film of the chest (Fig. 1) revealed a large mass in the left posterior mediastinum that eroded several ribs posteriorly and contained extensive stippled calcification. Biopsy of the left axillary lymph node disclosed a ganglioneuroblastoma.
