Abstract
Ovulation occurred in 4 of 11 adult female monkeys which had received 0.5 mg. of progesterone daily for 3-6 days beginning on the 10th to the 14th day of the menstrual cycle during the anovulatory summer period. Menstruation began from 3-8 days after the cessation of the progesterone treatment whether ovulation had occurred or not. Keywords
