Abstract
A case of neurofibromatosis is described in an infant aged 4 weeks, presenting with skin pigmentation, pathological fractures, enlargement of the clitoris and cardiac irregularity. Extensive neurofibromatosis of peripheral nerves was found, including the vagi, together with a neurofibroma of the coeliac plexus. The fractures were related to intrameduilary neurofibromata. Keywords
