Abstract
The contribution of three-body correlations to the energy of nuclear matter is formally calculated. This is necessary to get numerical results from the three-body wave function of Day and Kirson. The potential energy for "particle" states is redefined. This definition, as well as other results, differ from previous ones. Keywords
