Abstract
The appln. is described of standard double distillation procedures, using first concd. sulfuric acid, then concd. perchloric acid to the detn. of fluoride in blood. A statistical evaluation of the accuracy and precision of the method is given. Blood fluoride concns. in normal dogs and rabbits are found to be comparable, and in general, to be less than 10 [mu]g. of fluoride/ 100 ml. of blood. Keywords
