Abstract
Nicolas-Favre''s disease, also called lymphogranuloma venereum, a venereally transmitted disease caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, is usually presenting as an inguinal lymphadenopathy or an anorectal syndrome. Cervical lymph node involvement is uncommon; in a review of the literature 15 such cases were found. The mode of transmission frequently consists in oral sexual contact. A case of simultaneous cervical and inguinal lymph node involvement was described. The inquinal localization appeared secondarily.
