Abstract
The possibility that neutrino neutral-current interactions may change the identity of the neutrino is studied. Coherent forward scattering significantly enhances the effect. Bounds are placed on the amplitude of τ and electron neutrinos in the final state of neutral-current scattering of muon neutrinos. Keywords
