Abstract
A method for determining the LDH isoenzymes in serum by the tetrazolium salt INT is described. The isoenzymes were fractionated by paper electrophoresis at pH 7. 5. This revealed five separate fractions with LDH activity. The applicability of the method for abnormal sera is briefly described. Keywords
