Abstract
The optimum illumination for maximum power transfer between two opposed rotationally symmetric antennas is determined. The antennas have spherical surfaces and dissimilar apertures. Given an angular variation of the illumination of\cos (\alpha \theta), with\alphaintegral, the optimum radial distribution becomes solutions of a finite Hankel transform. Keywords
