Abstract
The accuracy of blood pressure measurements obtained from very low birthweight (less than 1500 g) neonates using the Dinamap oscillometric monitor was investigated. Comparisons using umbilical artery measurements showed that the monitor is less reliable in the lower pressure range and specifically that it tends to overestimate pressure in hypotensive infants.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
