Ureteral Common Iliac Artery Fistula: A Complication of Internal Double-J Ureteral Stent

Abstract

An unusual complication is reported of an internal double-J catheter in a patient with malignant retroperitoneal fibrosis. A spontaneous ureteral common iliac arterial fistula developed secondary to pressure necrosis of these structures by the internal stent.
