Abstract
The presence of human enamel did not affect the inorganic composition of plaque grown under standardized conditions on an intraoral device. Only enamel recently topically treated with fluoride increased plaque-fluoride concentrations beyond the average value of 25 ppm dry weight (about a tenth of previously reported values).Keywords
