Limits on High-Energy Weak-Interaction Cross Sections and theW-Pair Strong-Interaction Model

Abstract

Deep-mine neutrino experiments set an upper limit of ${10}^{-33\mathrm{}}$ ${\mathrm{cm}}^2$ for the reaction cross section of ${\nu }_{\mu }$-nucleon interaction at ${10}^3$ GeV; the implications of this on the $W$-pair strong-interaction model are discussed.
