Abstract
At the end of the first year, the tenants of Victoria Plaza were well satisfied with their housing and living situation, compared to their previous evaluations of their own pre-move situations and compared to current evaluations of applicants who did not move to the Plaza. However, I year might fall within the “honeymoon period.” Now, data collected at the end of 8 years, on both tenants and comparison respondents, indicate that the improvement in satisfaction is durable.
