Abstract
The bioelectrocatalytic reduction of NAD+ to NADH on diaphorase immobilized electrodes was investigated using seven viologen derivatives with various side chains. The hydrophobic interaction between the enzyme and mediator has been shown to promote the reduction. Keywords
