Abstract
Cycloisomerization of a variety of ω-aryl-1-alkynes, where ω = 5 or 6, in the presence of a catalytic amount of GaCl3 provided dihydronaphthalene derivatives or dihydrobenzocycloheptenes, respectively, in high yields.Keywords
