Abstract
A report of Sjogren''s syndrome in 2 patients with scleroderma, with review of the literature on the coexistence of Sjogren''s syndrome and connective tissue diseases. Methods of determining the true incidence of Sjogren''s syndrome in patients with connective tissue diseases include (1) Schirmer''s test, (2) ocular examination after appropriate staining, and (3) where pertinent, biopsy of the parotid gland.Keywords
