Abstract
A patient with a `congenital' oesophageal web was suffering from dysphagia and was treated surgically. A review is made of a few similar, well-documented cases. An effort is made to compare the clinical and pathological characteristics of the lesion and to discuss its pathogenesis. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
