Abstract
A spectrophotometric method for determining oxygen by combination with hemoglobin is described.'' Measurements with suspensions of the alga Chlorella of the rate of oxygen production and consumption during brief alternate periods of light and dark showed the rates to be essentially the same as those in a steady light or dark state. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
