Abstract
Epitectin, the mucin-like glycoprotein defined by the monoclonal antibodies CAI, CA2 and CA3, has been examined by electron microscopy to determine its shape and size. It appears to be a single extended strand with a mean length of about 270 nm. The antibodies CAI and CA2 appear to bind preferentially to a terminal site on the epitectin molecule. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
