Abstract

Sustainability is one of the latest concepts to have emerged in the literature and thinking on community development policy. Sustainable community development is, without a doubt, a viable alternative conceptualization of the community development process. This paper explains the concept of sustainable community development and shows the relevance and importance of technology transfer to the process of sustainable community development in developing countries.
