Abstract
A tricyclic imine,N-cyclopropylmethyl-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo-[a,d]-cyclohepten-5-imine (CDCI) has been found to be a potent and specific inhibitor of the dopaminergic uptake system in striatal synaptosomes. Kinetic analysis indicates inhibition of a competitive nature. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
